MSP Tiers
What is an M.S.P.?
An MSP is a Managed Service Provider, also know as an IT helpdesk (with other added services). We provide all sorts of IT support consulting and related services. The most popular is helpdesk services, project management and assistance with day to day IT tasks.

Bronze
Can vary between 5 to 10 hours a month, for small scale companies. Average response time is less than 2 hours. Hours roll over for up to 30 hours into the next year!
(Price will vary depending on business size and needs, restrictions on hours usage may be applied.)
Silver
12 to 20 hours a month with some small tech oversight, we will inform you of some potential issues that may arise when spotted. Research team will take its time to learn and understand your environment.
(more flexibility for hour(s) usage and roll over of 80 hours at the end of the year.)
Gold
You will have a dedicated IT for your environment with several other technicians cross trained with your specific needs in mind. 24/7 care and monitoring. 20 hours a week, 20 engineering hours every 3 months and weekly updates sent to you. Our research team will look in every nook and cranny for anything that may impact you later (200 hours roll over, very flexible hours usage with discounts for projects and higher volume calls).

Enough of the band aids. In most cases, a solid solution can be provided. We will temporarily bandage the situation but submit a petition for a permeant solution if the solution is outside reasonable boundaries.

What is included -
- Ticket priority:
- You will be able to classify how important a specific case really is. Using the power of email filters, you will be able to add verbiage to sort your email and get a faster response time.
- Personalized service:
- An IT will be assigned the majority of your cases, with a second IT providing backup as needed. Our helpdesk team is very friendly and more than happy to assist you when needed. More often than not, the technician you are speaking to is already very familiar with common issues in your environment.
- The Research team:
- We have a very aggressive research team on the lookout for potential issues. All components of your environment will be on there radar as they dig and pry countless forums, search engines and articles. All at no additional cost to you!
